1. No Refund Policy

All sales made on SamGrowthHub.com are final.

Since our products are digital and provide immediate access to course material upon purchase, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Accidental purchases

• Lack of usage

• Inability to understand the content (unless proven that the course is not as described)

We encourage you to read all course details and watch previews (if available) before making a purchase decision.

2. Course Access & Delivery

Once a purchase is confirmed:

• Access to the course is granted immediately via your registered email.

• You are responsible for providing a correct and active email address during checkout.

• If you do not receive course access, please contact us within 24 hours.

3. Cancellations

As our courses are delivered digitally, cancellation is not possible after the order has been completed and access has been provided.

4. Exceptions (If Any)

In rare cases, if there is a technical issue (e.g. you are charged twice or you do not receive access), we will investigate and resolve the matter. Any exception to the refund policy will be made solely at the discretion of Sam Growth Hub.

5. Fraudulent Transactions

In the event of a fraudulent transaction or misuse of payment methods, access will be revoked and legal action may be taken.
